Warning, the battery tester I received was damaged. I submitted a request to the manufacturer with photos and never heard back.
Because having all of your batteries in one predefined space as opposed to half empty packages, cluttering a drawer is more efficient? I mean, if this does not solve a problem for you then don't get it I guess? We have 2 kids with a bunch of toys that blow through batteries. Having them all in one place helps me determine if I need to stock up, recharge, etc.
This should be redesigned to remove most of the C and Ds and incorporate CR123s.

Novel idea but this product is decades too late the way it is now. The future is now Battery Daddy!

Agree they should not be exposed. I just keep them in the packaging, maybe cutting a circle around the battery. That compartment can hold several. Under the tester could work.
Under the tester won't work. My mistake. Looking more closely, under the tester is not 10 separate compartments, but rather just a lattice over a large unsegmented space. Too easy for anything to slip beneath into the void of the space. Apologies, will correct my original post.

I love this thing. I ordered double a, triple a, c, d and 9 volt battery's just to fill it up. Offers a great peace of mind and keeps everything organized. It's well made too!

I think this deal may be dead now. Just showing "Buying Options", and new is $18.99. Damn, wanted to get one of these.

All the batteries I buy come in packages. Why waste time transferring them into this?
i use these for rechargeable batteries. its easier to organize them in cases like this.

Wish they had a half size version called the Battery Baby, I don't think I'll ever fill the whole thing.

Thanks! It definitely glitched for a little or something, as both my wife & I tried it a handful of times. Got it now, appreciate it!

Luckily I've only had one device in the past 6 years that required a 9V battery. 98% of my battery needs are AA and AAA. Bought bulk rechargable and am only 50% full on the available slots. Also have some C and D batteries in those slots, but again, not much uses those.

I will say the one this this does not do is provide storage for the coin batteries, that I actually use much more often that 9V, D and C.

9v used in smoke / fire detectors.

Correct. And yesterday I replied that I have Hard Wired Nest alarms (and some battery versions) that use AA batteries as their power/backup power, so this was not applicable to my situation. If you have 10 normal detectors and need a huge supply of 9v batteries, this storage device will not solve your situation.

I hope you have smoke detectors!
I recently picked up a First Alert Combination Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detector that uses 2 AA batteries, although the unit isn't hardwired. I plan on updating the hardwired unit to a detector that uses AA as well.
