Don't buy used (3rd party). There's no warranty then. Watch HD, DTO for new deals that people buy to resell anyway, or DTO's refurb that generally but not always are going to be better than a beat around resell tool if not new in box.
The Ratchet and 3/8" wrench are the most expensive items, but the inflator is highly rated but valued lower.

do you guys think it's easier to re-buy and just return what I ordered? or call/go to Home Depot for adjustment?

At worst, they'll burn your house down.

However, I decided that I'm going to make a "roadside kit" to put in my vehicle. It will contain this impact, a set of flip sockets for lug nuts, the dual inflator, a jump pack and maybe a few other emergency items all in a Ryobi bag.
Sometimes even lower: 2 weeks ago at DTO with free shipping:
$22.50 1.5AH battery with LED's and trimmer and charger. Total price shipped, recon but looked new
$30.00 2.0AH battery with LED's with new 7.5" fan and charger. Total price shipped. Brand new.
At worse, that's $10 per amp hour battery and $7.50-$10 left for tool+charger. At best, that's $5 per amp hour battery and $15-$20 left for tool+charger. You get my point.
Don't ever cheap out on fake batteries. Your tool, your house, your life... seriously.
