A decent price if all you do is shop at retail prices.
I personally get everything like this from grocery outlet. They regularly (actually always at mine) have taco seasonings for 50c a pouch, and have sales for 25c a pouch (old el paso, taco bell, etc). They also have the kits (shells, salsa, and seasoning) for 99c.
