I will leave this here, no need to flash firmware, you can use that docker image to enable RTSP on these devices, been using this in my apartment for the past 6 months, no issues at all, I record everything in my Synology NAS

Wyze has them on their site for $11 but they've been out of stock for months. Good to power cam outdoors. And they can daisy chain according to the feature set.
