Come on. Do not add pre-conditions to earn more. We are talking about no pre-conditions to earn 2% cash back on everything purchase and you just can't find the card to earn more. If you like conditions such as annual fee, member to open a bank account etc, that is a different thing. People may not like those conditions.

Spending $500 to get $200 bonus and earning 2% cashback on everything is not good enough? Find one to earn more than 2% cashback on everything. Can you?

And debt collectors interest isn't? 🤨🤔😆
At least using a card to do this helps me to also fix my credit at the same time without making unnecessary purchases 🧠👍

This is a good card with a solid straightforward Cashback and better benefits than Citi double cash. It was my daily driver until i switched to alliant credit union.
These deals are great if you know for a fact that you have a large purchase in the future. I took advantage of these deals to pay off medical bills while simultaneously helping my credit. Importantly, this has no annual fee.

This is a $500 in 3 month spend requirement. I can't imagine anybody who can get a card in the first place would need a large purchase for it- even if you ONLY used it for groceries that's only $42 a week needed to spend... let alone gasoline or utility or insurance bills in those 3 months.
CarryOver from the last Well's Fargo Credit Card 'deal'..
are they seriously still in business? I thought they just opened up accounts for you anyways so you don't even need to sign up to bank on this deal...
smh...
Sorry Wells Fargo - but you still suffer from a lack of trust...
The 0% apr plus 200 Cb and 2% back is what makes this killer. Have a big project coming up. Contractor is charging 3% fee for credit cards. This will offset that charge and essentially allow a 0% apr loan for 15 months.

I have an Alliant acct and Citi dbl cash. Can you tell me why you switched ? Citi is my daily as well for non-travel/food/gas
I think it's more the long-haul not jeopardizing other card approvals due to too many inquiries, or perhaps even better bonus offers in the offing from WF. Don't want to kill the golden-egg goose chasing a copper turd…
one new CC every few years shouldn't be a big impact on credit score etc
I have Old bad credit (charge offs etc) from decades ago.
But want to use a credit card to pay off a delinquent utility bill to rebuild my credit.
Would this card be good? Or too hard to get?
Or any suggestions from anyone?
I would go for the Wells Fargo reflect card for up to 21 months no interest, but I will say there approval odds are not very good and they usually give low lines of credit. I have it. Maybe just search for something with a long zero percent interest period on balance transfers that has good approval odds.
