Thanks. Xtend is a reputable brand as far as I know. I tried this product before and liked it for working out fasted. Also put some in my Camelbak (along with Gatorade powder) when I hiked Half Dome and thought it helped a lot with endurance and preventing soreness

The 90 serving size was about $30 a month back when I got via subscribe. I even had 15% off 5 items back then to bring it down even further.
I think it goes on sale often

I believe studies came out that instead of reaching for BCAA, it was best to opt for EAA instead. I did read up on it a bit back, but it's kept my money in my pocket instead

BCAAs become expensive tasting water if you're already getting enough protein in your diet.
