Would I recommend this to a friend? No
  • Friend of mine had his died, took it to get repaired and it was a problem with the board
  • Another thing is, 16GB is low these days. If you are playing older/indie games, you're good. If you like new games on new engines with nice graphics, 16GB is too little, that is not a joke
  • Dealing with Asus warranty is a nightmare (I'm sure comments will counter this, saying Chinese tech giants have the best warranties out there, just incredible but there is a difference between reality and fiction)
How did your friend even get this model when this literally came out very recently? I smell complete BS.

I literally didn't even know this configuration was a thing until I saw this post, and I've been scouring PC related releases and deals for a family member that needs machines for a new business they started for the past two weeks lol.

Reviews have been out over a month anyway. Gaming performance is somewhere in the range of 3060/4050 to 3070Ti/4060/4070.

It's optional, it's more expensive to include, same reason not every Intel laptop has thunderbolt

Mobile is where the market is.

Ngreedia is just being ngreedia. They know their clown customers will pay for inflated desktop prices, plus severely cut down dies.

This is a Zen3 chip according to their new, confusing numbering system, correct?

Intel also screws with their number system for fun and so does Nvidia. Heck iPhone released the 8 and X at the same time (but you need to pronounce the X like 10) skipping the 9 and so did Windows. It must be taught at business school
