Team Group MP34 M.2 Does have DRAM and is TLC.

SSD Database [google.com]
I have the Crucial and would still lean towards it over this Teamgroup for my use case which is a second drive in my laptop, used for mass storage, primarily write once / read many. The primary advantages of the Crucial P3 is the low power consumption / low heat which is important in a laptop. Also, in the event you should ever need warranty support, process is much easier than Teamgroup.

The Crucial 800TBW is underwhelming but not really a factor for me or most people unless you intend to really exercise the drive a lot. If that's the use case, then you need a robust high performing drive and wouldn't buy either the Crucial or this Teamgroup, but be prepared to pay more for 4TB capacity.

Important tip: Be sure to download and install the Crucial "MicronNVMEDrivers" file. It really helps performance for long writes.

This has TLC instead of that Crucial drive's QLC, and the endurance is listed 3X better (Crucial at 800TBW, Team at 2,400TBW). Neither have DRAM.

However, the speed on the crucial seems better. Most people won't get to that 800TB, but if you are constantly writing large files to that drive, consider getting one with better endurance... Actually, get one with better endurance and DRAM, which this one is not that either.

EDIT: It was brought to my attention that this model does indeed have DRAM. In that case, the write speed should remain more consistent VS the Crucial, which will start to trail off as the drive fills up, specifically with larger transfers.

This is the price I have been looking for. TLC and Dram was a must. PCI 3 is fine as that is what my motherboard supports.

If I needed it, I'd buy this. I paid almost this much for a 2TB WD Black.

I don't know what it is about this drive, but I just can't get it usable in Debian. Trying to use it to host VMs in Proxmox. Something about not able to change power mode to S0 or something like that.

PC detects it just fine though.
