Don't expect these to last long. I snapped one of shafts without much torque and the heads are pretty soft so they will deform quickly.

I bought this just to put in my Ryobi Link tool box, which for some reason are sold with a bit holder box but no actual bit holders...

These are fine, but not great. Most annoying thing is the extensions aren't magnetic so bits will just slide out, making them useless for most situations where you'd want an extension because you'll just end up losing the bit.

I am generally a Ryobi fan, but their bits are sub-par and don't hold up to heavy use. The "lasts 3x longer" claim is b.s. I haven't had any problem with shaft breakage, but the tips round over more readily than other brands.

Fine for casual use.

I have the set and would agree with this. I've not had any snap but they do wear pretty quickly. My biggest gripe is that they are difficult to pull out because they are in the holder so tight. IMO it still might be worth the deal though - just don't expect too much. It comes with a lot of bits and has about everything you'd typically need.

this is one of the better cheap sets. my wife loses these things way faster than either of us can break them, so i love these ryobi sets.

It's an OK set for the price but really aggravating that they don't include the 1/2" socked adapter

The 3x claims are irrelevant since nobody knows what they are comparing to. I have owned a few of these kits (Ryobi and others) and agree with the comments thus far. Remember that anything impact rated is going to be a little softer to prevent striping out or rounding off what ever you're trying to remove. It is by far cheaper to replace an impact part than have to tap a screw/ bolt out or break a nut off and find the replacement. When replacing the damaged impact item, I typically go with Milwaukie; but everyone has their preference depending on the required use and price factor.

Some of the bits work fine like the torx but I snapped all the 2in ph2's in one day

These are trash, i bought a set and my worn out 13 year old dewalt 18v impact snaps them, I know newer high torque tools definitely will. I'd say these were harbor freight quality but I've had better luck from Bauer brand than these honestly.

For usages of here and there around the house, these are just okay for the price as bits are not that strong and the bits holders in my case are all loose.

This is a great throw away set. I have a few of these laying around, mostly incomplete now since the bits are made of paper.

It's a great set to have on hand for most homeowners/DIYers. I've used it for a couple years and the bits are starting to show some wear, but that is to be expected at this price point. I'm going to grab another.
