Unsolicited feeback. Bought Ebay refurb of this 2 weeks ago. Alledgedly there is a glitch in the firmware where the AC watt draw is not displayed but total runtime estimate is. If you get the AC draw above 25-30w it will begin displaying. I also could not determine a way to do a reset of the wifi settings through any button combination. Other than those two issues the unit is great and paired with 110w panel powers everything I need including 12v dc 50l freezer.

Ecoflow is a shiity company that doesn't stand behind their products. xboost is a lie, and their support is very unresponsive.Good luck getting them to honor the warranty.

The River 2 I bought from previous deal is defective out of the box, still waiting for Ecoflow to respond to my RMA request after weeks

Got one from the same deal, mine failed after 5 days in UPS mode. 15W power consumption. Wifi works though. Been waiting for return label for 5 days now, ebay ETA was a week.
Experience with Bluetti is completely opposite - very responsive and their small unit serves well as UPS.
