The Amazon Sensimist looks like $20.32/ounce.
So, Costco generic better on price per ounce. Sensimist dosage (less per spray/need more frequency) is different also. Some people might like the taste/delivery mechanism better than Aller-flo.
Ear, Nose, Throat doctor said the Aller-flo is same as Flonase and said could use either one.
Repped this was incredibly helpful, thank you! Yes my girlfriends a pharmacist and says the Kirkland brand is essentially Flonase. Same thing. I know the sensimist is more gentle of a delivery but for the few seconds I don't mind as long as it helps me breathe. Again, thank you for taking the time.
Better deal: store brands like Walmart, CVS, Walgreens.

Oh, and the vast majority SD Staff posts are paid ads. i.e. shilling.
Having been a long-time user of fluticasone propionate (both generics and Flonase), I was floored at how much better my nose tolerated fluticasone furoate when I first tried it, and was more than happy to make the switch. Unfortunately I do not know of any generics for fluticasone furoate.
However, the $10 coupon doesn't seem to apply to the twin-pack so this specific deal seems to be dead already. It's still applying to the 1-pack 60/120 spray listings, if anyone's still interested in those.

The only one is patient preference: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm
So, MUCH cheaper store brands of fluticasone propionate are the slick deals.
