No free memory upgrade to 512gb. With regular offer at 512GB free upgrade, it is $427 with education discount comparing to $449, hence not good deal for 512GB version. But good deal for 256GB.

The biggest upgrade is the 8gen2. I own both s22u and s23u, the s22u is constantly a hot potato while s23u is at most warm under heavy load. Other than the processor, the battery life is a huge improvement. At $200 difference probally it makes sense to upgrade but not over that.

They ship you your new phone with packing material. Some soft sheeting and a lot of cardboard that is long, shredded like a pair of 80s jeans, rolled up on the new phone. A fedex return label will be inside. You will need to tape it to the outside of the box, on top of the original label (or remove the original label and apply new one).


Get your new phone up and running first. Look for any issues for a week.


Do a factory reset on your old phone. take a picture of the screen with your new phone to show no issues of front and back while on. In case Samsung employee tries to pull a fast one on you.


Turn your old phone off and wrap it up. You can dop off at any Fedex drop off location or find a Dollar General store. They will scan the package and send a receipt notice via text to your phone. Samsung will receive a couple business days later and let you know they receive. Few more days until they get a chance to review and ok the trade-in.

I grabbed a 256 for $759 + Tax. 200 EDU and $240 for an old cracked iphone 11 Pro Max. I tried to get a 512 upgrade but no go. They did give me $75 credit towards my next purchase instead. Better then nothing I guess.

Lol, I think one of the Samsung CSRs scammed me. Yesterday I was trying to get the $1,079.99 for the 512gb. I was going through text with someone named Sarwath F. They were telling me the proce should be $529.99 after trade in instead of the $329.99 or even $429.99 so I should hurry up and buy it for $429.99. Then as I kept pushing they asked for pictures. Then they kept saying I must have added points to get to $329.99 and said for them to help me that they needed to take remote access of my phone. They made me download Samsung tutor and took access of my phone, seen the $329.99 and said it's a glitch there is nothing they can do. I've been trying to file a complaint, maybe I need to go to the BBB. I see no reason to take access only to see exactly what the pictures show and then refuse to match it. I see know point other trying to steal my personal information

Thought you meant it was fixed as in it works properly now where you get the upgrade and the $200 off. They made it a better color at least. Bummer. Guess I'll keep waiting.

Dumb question but how do we invoke these if using the Samsung mobile app to purchase. If I add to cart from app then login using a laptop the cart shows empty

Secondly how does paypal cb stack with other site. Never used this and seems paypal requires clicking shop now link from their portal?
