Keep in mind that this ladder is only 19 feet. 'Reach' means they calculate in the average human body height minus your legs ( I guess). If you're working above 19 ft., you have nothing to grab on to.... for safety purposes, consider getting a longer ladder.

Yep, had a 14ft and loved it. Moved into a 2 story home so I got the 22ft now. Miss how easy the 14 was to move around and that made it easy to use around the house too. The 22 mainly stays as an outdoor and garage ladder due to it being a little bulkier
Since you own this, two questions please:

1) How stable is it at 22 ft?

2) One of the photos show some sort of knobs. Are those plastic? And if they break?

I have one and extend it to the full when hanging Christmas lights. I weigh around 230 and it is solid. It feels like it bows a little but i have full faith in it.

Sorry, forgot the second part. My knobs are plastic but they are rock solid. It would be the last point of failure I would worry about, and I think they have lifetime warranties.

Seeing $35 for scheduled delivery, how do we get this shipped free like in the description and title? Won't be able to pick this up due to size.

I purchased this same ladder in April of 2021 for $149 and have used it extensively with Zero issues. Still a great deal at $165. I also purchased a wheel kit making it easy to move around. Thumbs up OP.

unless you are a bigger guy, it might seem a little unwieldy, but this ladder is super stable. I use this ladder almost exclusively for anything under 19-20 feet because it's much easier to load and unload on my truck than my other various ladders. I also use those blue rubber feet on both ends of this ladder (it's a tight fit). What it does is give you great grip if using inside a house, and pads whatever the top is leaning against. The rubber feet also let me use it as an 'A frame' inside without locking the legs , but I don't recommend that for anyone.

Two important dimensions to consider about this ladder:
  • Maximum extended length: 18' 10" (won't reach most 2nd story gutters)
  • Minimum folded size: 67″ x 26″ x 8.5″ (it'll fit in most vehicles)
and Weight: 37lbs (not too hard to carry around, but cumbersome to stand up when extended)

Will this fit ladder in a Hyundai Elantra, Mercedes-Benz C300 or Tesla Model Y (seats folded down) when folded up?
Yea, just might take some finegaling.

Can't you still lock this in A frame configuration?

It is a chore to carry around, but it's worth it as it feels so solid when you're up high. I have an issue with heights and this makes me feel way more secure than when I'm on a regular ladder.
It is a chore. I got one years ago. My FIL has the Werner variant and his is much easier to lug around. The gorilla ladder does feel safe, but so does the Werner.

Please explain your math. This seems like plenty to clean second story gutters.

Ground slope away from house, 1' of foundation/joists, 8' to ceiling, 1' of structure, 8' to ceiling/eve, plus height of fascia gives about 19' for the height of a typical second story gutter.

There's also the lean angle of the ladder to consider (you can do the trigonometry if you want to) and the safety need for several inches of the ladder to be above the contact point (a couple feet if you want to actually climb on the roof) and you'll be needing a much taller ladder than this to reach the gutters of a typical two story American home.
