Wonderful for long plane rides, RVs, etc where PD is 100w or less and anything more than 150w will trip a fuse.
I imagine this with the Nvidia can't have that sort of flexible power usage.

I'd say it's better to spend more and get the Asus Zenbook 14 Pro (ux6404) with an Oled screen and 80w 4060.

Legion 5 Pro with 7745HX and 4060 (140w) was on sale for $1200 before, better than this.

Asus has a different laptop running the 4060 with 140 watts. I'm waiting to see if anyone tries running that vbios on their G14. I know folks with the 4080 have done something similar with noticeable improvements.
- Silent battery/fan mode is in fact very quiet but performed great with COD Warzone 2.0 and Street Fighter 6, both with 120+ fps and high settings + native resolution
- After gaming awhile, the laptop seemed to move into Performance battery/fan mode, which is definitely louder and makes me a little nervous about being obnoxious around other family members when gaming on the couch. However, it's not terribly loud. I can wear open back headphones and not be distracted by the fans.
- Turbo mode is full blown gamer laptop noise. I'd rather scale back graphics settings than use this.
- Speakers are capable of playing loud.
- Screen has blacklight bleed at bottom corners. Only noticable in full black scenes, but it's frustrating to see as my prior laptop has zero bleed. If I need a push to return it because "should I really not blow $1600 (tax) on a gaming device when I already own a capable desktop"... this would be the reason.
- I think this doesn't have an extra M.2 NVMe slot... But I need to open it up to confirm.

100w is solid. If only they did an oled screen this would be perfection but battery life would suffer more.

This laptop is the right size and weight I'm looking for. I'm not keen on the white color, but my wife would love it.
My first Asus laptop had a crackling sound everytime I opened the lid. Do not know if it is bad QC or just bad luck. Returned it
