Works great on creme brûlées.

I did try it on sous vide steaks a couple of times but never liked the result as I feel it's missing the grill flavor, so I still use the grill after sous vide.

I literally looked at it and it would not let me add to cart and now the $40 price is gone. Bummer, I guess they are now sold out.
