Is C210 Smart Lock compatible with eufy ecosystem, Apple HomeKit, IFTTT, or Matter?
It works with eufy doorbell. However, It's not compatible with these services yet.Neither does it work with eufy HomeBase or any wifi bridge.
If you can remotely unlock the Eufy lock, hackers can unlock your lock too.

If it uses wifi or is connected to the internet, there's no such thing as "hack proof".
It can be hard to hack but it'll never be impossible. That's generally how internet security works. Make it hard enough so that from a cost benefit analysis it's not worth breaking into.
Even thinking outside the internet. No door is guaranteed to stop an intruder. No lock is unbreakable or uncrackable. Heck your phone, bank account, etc. they can all be hacked.
To not use something because there's a potential for it to be hacked is sort of silly. Everything has a potential of being hacked. Anyone that gives you a guarantee is just giving you a false sense of comfort.
Now if it's easy to hack then that's a different story. But that's not what you said.
