Consider this a warning, Samsung Customer support is as bad as it gets. I submitted around 5 tickets to them, they all got quietly deleted, when asked why, they said they needed more info… went through troubleshooting multiple times.
They kept promising they were going to ship a replacement unit in 10-20 days, and never did. I was never notified when they cancelled the tickets either.
This went on for months. Since the 1 year warranty was about to expire I filed a complaint with the details to the BBB, within a couple of days someone called from Samsung responding to the BBB complaint and this time - the 6th they did send the speakers.
What did I get in exchange for all the hours of troubleshooting, follow up, waiting on the phone for a supervisor that never came and got disconnected…
It's a nightmare. I'll never buy a Samsung product again. I had bought directly through Samsung.com

Update - I could just get the code while logged into EPP account and checkout. Note my friend was shot down. So you might have to try couple of reps to get one
Talked to agent, she resent me new link, still couldn't process.
Price went back up to full.
I would have been happy with the 899 price, but still nothing would work.
Oh well, been wanting to buy this.
I have an existing soundbar mounted over top of a stone wall, with small wooden blocks inserted between the stone where the mounts are for the other soundbar. Would really like to jump on this but need to make sure I can actually mount it…
Also tried to get a 10 off from Samsung Reps but they kept telling me the code can only be used once per account per order (I used it for S95B), and they also mentioned the coupon was for limited use and ran out. Otherwise, I might get 6x from perksatwork and 2x from urlhasbeenblocked. But I'm happy with getting it today in a local shop rather than waiting until July 6th or something.
