Some shady people will stand by the register and walk out with you as you walk out - and whatever they bought will be charged to your account. They have cameras everywhere and police actions were taken.
What I liked about Fresh was you knew exactly how much it was going to cost (even with inflated prices) where grocery stores hit you with stupid math trying to figure out loyalty cards vs digital coupons vs buy X and get X off.

Also, if you're doing a minimum $50 order, the coupon is worth very litle after you consider the delviery fee and (editable) automatic tip.
