Viewing angles, panel uniformity, blooming
However...I dont understand the value of this TV when people are buying Samsung QN90B's for the same price
I can see the Hisense U8H at $799....but not sire $1199 makes sense for this TV
I really can't comment on the Samsung for the same price as I pretty much only pay attention to TV models that run Android TV. I haven't heard nearly as much buzz about the Samsung as I have about the QM8, but very possible I am missing something.

I own both OLED and LCD
There are different uses that make them stand out.
I dont think OLED burn in a huge deal anymore unless you have static logos on for hours a day
I will typically watch daytime TV on a Sony LCD I have above the fireplace in my greatroom
But it very rare that I watch movies on an LCD...watching an OLED has gotten me extremely sensitive to blooming and off angle viewing color/brightness changes when watching LCD
As for the Samsung QN90B... according to rtings.com its a better set than the TCL QM8 or the Hisense U8H
There is a thread here on it for $1199 that is front page, hence the reason I said I dont see how the TCL is priced where it is. I understand the Hisense U8H pricing though and it makes sense
I would speculate that TCL and Hisense mostly compete against each other.

"The TCL QM8/QM850G QLED and the Samsung QN90B QLED are similar TVs, although the TCL is slightly better than the Samsung regarding contrast and brightness, making it the punchier TV overall. The Samsung does, however, have a much better viewing angle and better sharpness processing when upscaling low-resolution content, so it's the better TV to watch sports or TV shows with friends."

You also missed this part comparing the two from rtings.com
" It's also less buggy than the TCL, which is full of strange quirks"
As I said before...I am a big fan of better picture processing and better viewing angles
For the same price ..there would be no question I would buy the Samsung

For the same price its an easy Samsung decision, for me
For the Hisense U8H price of $300 ish less it could be compelling

Please buy a last year or two flagship model from Sony,LG or Samsung.
Motions Handling is literally everything, from sports, movies to video gaming.
This TV will have poor picture processing and in gaming Ghosting.

Better reflection handling
Better input lag
Better black and grey uniformity
Better color volume
Better color gamut
Better brightness, 2000 vs 1500
Better contrast, 114k:1 vs 7k:1
While losing color accuracy and motion handling
I think the HDMI 2.1 makes it worthwhile alone but the other spec increases are making it easier for me to talk myself into it as well.
I got S95B delivered yesterday and it's stunning, to put it mildly!
