I thought this might appeal to anyone looking for a budget tablet with included S-pen for note taking and creativity on the go. I had this tablet at the end of last year and really enjoyed it but ended up not needing it after all. I was in the market again and found this deal which is even lower than the deal I found last time for $229.

Edit: It appears the price is now $207.02. UPS tracking estimates that it will be delivered on Friday, the 18th and I'll update if anything out of the ordinary pops up (missing S-pen seems to be a concern for some?).

Below is their answer. Not 100% confident with response.
Had 2nd question about warranty options.
=================
This looks like the pen is included from what I can see on the site.
As for AHD, it stands for Accidental Damage Handling, meaning the manufacturer covers shipping if the device needs to be sent in for repairs.
(edit 1pm) Rolled the dice and ordered any way. Pretty sure it's futile but I'm not in a hurry.
(edit 2pm) Got email saying I needed to call due to volume they needed to "complete verification". Called in, gave order #, then came came back in a minute saying that they are going to process it. Ohhhkaaay. Very strange.

Very strange indeed.

Have no idea why someone else got cancelled but they obviously have wacky process.
I wonder if greenday2049 had email from connection.com go to his spam bucket and he missed the confirmation request?
I'll let folks know if the pen is included but arrival isn't until Monday 21st.
If not I will be using the email from their client rep for a comp (although I see that the pen by itself is out of stock at connection).
OTOH I think the primary interaction with in car setup will be voice.

I have no reason to think it doesn't come with the S-pen since that is a standard option for this tablet, but I'll gladly post an update if that isn't the case.
If you do not need the Apple pen for art work, you can buy the iPad 9th gen and a stylus for $20 (recommend brand Baseus) which works excellently. But all non Apple Pencil stylus has no pressure writing, that why it may not be good for art work. If only use pen to take notes, Baseus is competent.
The price was still good.
Got it for $207, plus tax, cheaper than $250 asked elsewhere, yes a 2020 model.
Free shipping slow, CA to VA, but I will take slow shipping over higher price, so about 7 days to get here, by ground.
This is a replacement for my s5e that the touch digitizer failed.
The good the bad.
Conformation email included serial number, a plus.
Came with tablet, SPen, black tip, USB cord, usually useless 7 watt wall charger, you want 15 watts for fast charging, using a 7 watt while using the tablet, the tablet may still be discharging the battery, under some use.
OS has the fast charge, plus stopping it at 85 percent option, that last 15-20 percent or so is what heats the battery up, wearing it out faster. So get a 15 watt wall charger for fast charging and 85 percent stopping.
I do notice the slightly smaller 10.4 screen over the S5e, a slight negative not worth comparing with.
I like the LCD, back lighting over the 5e display, it's easier on the eyes, IMO, over the more expensive s5e, so I don't mind very slightly less resolution, burning vivid colors, YMMV.
To be clear the display is fine.
The speakers in my opinion don't sound as good as the 5e, there's a slight metal case buzz at higher volume. To be fair I am used to a case being on my old s5e. The new case hasn't arrived yet, so, take it with a grain of salt.
The S6 lite is faster than the s5e, to me, but I'm not a gamer.
The Spen works very well.
Samsung Pass, I never figured out how not to use this, there wasn't an export to plain text for hardcopy backup nor another app. It seems it's for higher price devices like the S6 not the light Se?
So, lost all my passwords from the S5e because of lack of availability of the app.
I do miss the finger print recognition.
This device seem targeted at students, college students, note takers, etc.
I could take or leave the SPen, I don't have a use for taking notes, nor annotations by SPen, scans, documents.
So is it worth it, at $207 free shipping, yes.
The company seemed fine to deal with.

These dropped down to 250$ + tax at Best Buy in recent days, leading me to purchase mine two nights ago. I came at it from a weird angle and ended up learning something cool that these tablets can do so I thought I might share.
Background:
I'm going to start leading some online study sessions and figured one of those tablets I've seen where you use a stylus to draw on the screen for presentations might be neat. Research led me to the 60$ Wacom One which is a glorified track pad, no display. The next step up was an "off-brand" Huion 150$ drawing tablet which gave you a display on it so you could see what you were drawing on, and then it seemed above that was the 350$ Wacom tablets with a display. Which was more than I wanted to spend.
The neat thing:
I have a Tab A8 I bought last year. Further research revealed to me that using a 10$ program in the app store called SuperDisplay you can connect any tablet up to your computer via USB and have the display mirrored to your tablet and use a stylus to control it. Then you are all set to use Epic Pen ($ubscription) or Ppink (free) to mark up your screen however you like. But the advice was that it really worked best on a tablet with a digitizer like this one or more expensive ones. I saw the Best Buy sale and pulled the trigger thinking it was a good middle ground between the 150$ and 350$ dedicated drawing tablets. And its a very functional tablet for whenever I'm done with these sessions.
