Pretty sure the coupon was supposed to apply to the "regular" price of 269.99. The $189.99 would have been after the coupon.

I'm sure it was a mistake. If so, it is not much of deal, since Amazon is regularly $220, and Walmart is $189 without coupon or limit.

What Newegg should have done is, is remove the promotion from your website. All they did is block the promocode at checkout, instead of removing the promo code from the product page, or fixing the price on the product page.

I tried calling, I received 117-120 minute wait for customer service. This is one of many reasons I've stopped ordering from them. They used to be the place to go in the early 2000's, now they are worse than Amazon and Walmart marketplace.

It was certainly a price mistake on Neweggs end, but plenty of people got orders in. I posted it very narrowly before OP here and as always, the lesson people should take home is: buy first, ask questions later Wink
