I'll say 1 thing about Amazon Subscribe & Save though. One time I had a new subscription at the sale price and almost a month later when it was time to deliver that item for the 1st time, they charged me the then-current price instead of the deal price. I had contacted them through chat before delivery because S&S Deliveries was showing the higher price (as this Flonase does now on the Deliveries page @ $25.64 for 2) and they said just contact them after delivery if the price charged is actually higher. Well after delivery it was higher but they denied my request for adjustment because "prices fluctuate" even though I argued it was a new subscription at a sale price (how else would it work?). Since it was only a couple bucks, I eventually let it go.
Buyer beware with watching the final charge price on new S&S subscriptions.
However, what is listed on both is that the amazon bottles have x72 sprays at 50mcg each (of the active ingredient) and the costco bottles have x144 at 50mcg each. So that means the Costco deal is actually twice as good as it appears.

Agree with the article. I think HCI was the post meth lockdown placebo.
However, not everyone has access to Costco for a variety of reasons. That doesn't make this deal bad. I love Flonase and maybe would try the Costco brand. But am I willing to do that? Idk. With allergies, once you find something that works, you don't try to reinvent the wheel! Thanks Op. In for 1!!
You use it as needed. During high allergies times, I definitely use it daily. What your doctor said sounds good, but if needed using during the day is OK too.
In addition, I take antihistamine on top of using this on really bad days.
