Enough iphone 15 will be available in US, Chinese not buying due to Mate X5 and Mate 60 pro. No wonder pro price kept at $999 instead $1199. Just wait a little many offers will come.

I cannot stress this enough. This is not worth it. Their customer service is *abysmal*. If you have ANY issues, be prepared for weeks of calls talking to people who speak words, but don't understand anything you're saying.

I actually called in to cancel my mobile service because it would not let me do it online and they could not successfully port any numbers I was trying to bring after 3 weeks. They cancelled my INTERNET, and left my mobile active, even after I specifically said "I want to be clear, I do NOT want to cancel my internet services." and verbally confirmed that with them twice. It was an absolute joke.

Most likely it will be same as apple, you'll need iphone 14 pro max 1tb to get full $830 back else get $100-$200 back

tl;dr Comcast owes me nearly $1k but sent me to collections for $50. If you're interested, read below.

Nothing you haven't heard in some form or fashion but consider this: recently found out after closing account that Comcast Xfinity has been charging me for gigabit internet for years, despite the fact that my modem literally cannot receive a speed that high. Not only that but their connection has never exceeded > 100mbit. This has happened a # of times (fraudulent charges, changing my plan and stating I was the one who did it). Finally got someone online to refund me and after waiting months for a refund check, they started sending me a prorated bill for last month of service. Called in to check on the refund and they told me it's invalid. I'm like wtf, I have a chat log + statements with a negative balance. Transferred to supervisor, and she said that it's a dispute, one that was supposedly lost (getting to referee and judge yourself must be nice) and was denied. Then I just received a bill last week from collections for the last month service. Plan to write to FCC tomorrow but doubt it will do anything.
This abhorrent company is subhuman, and the fact that this monopoly not only exists but is STILL in business as the only ISP for > half their customers in the richest country in the world, is f*cking pathetic and simply inexcusable. They can send anyone to collections on a whim while customers have to fight and scrape for every fraudulent charge that just happens to show up on their bill, and we'll still lose cause we're just citizens and not a corporation in this oligarchy.

Why don't we get paid for all the stress they cause from the amount of our time spent (taken off from work + money lost) defeating their illegal behavior, where they're the ones charged late-fees + added interest in order to pay US? How come a poor or homeless individual stealing from a corporation goes to jail, is charged fines, and now has a permanent record, while for corporations (politicians, celebrities, billionaires) it's just business as usual, since made-up and fraudulent charges IS their business model?

If you ever THINK you'll have to contact this company for customer service, or are not the type to IMMEDIATELY stay on top of your bill and call/visit an office to resolve issues such as hidden fees and bogus charges, like when your plan just happens to change to a more expensive one automagically, by itself, then personally I'd avoid them like the plague, even more so since you have an actual choice, unlike home internet/telephone. Your call. Either way, good luck.

They kinda do, it's just capped at $830 between the two.

So you could add a line and trade in an iPhone XR, for example, which is $600 in promo credit, and the remaining $230 would come from adding a line. It would make the monthly payment $0/mo for the base model iPhone 15.
That was not true from what I learn in store

I found a different story when I went to the Xfinity store (Daly City, CA). The salesperson told me it's either $400 credit when you port your number OR trade-in; not both to cap the $830 credit toward the new iphone15 Mad

Xfinity Mobile offered me $390 for an iPhone 13 Pro Max... most major carriers are offering $1000 for any trade in of 12 or newer...
Funny- my 13 pro max is worth $800 in good condition (checked yesterday)

Do you know something called 'WhatsApp' or "Facebook messenger "?
Kids don´t think like that. Nobody´s going to install an app just to make an "uncool" friend happy. probably 30% of apple's market in the US is the iMessage snowball effect among the gen-z.

It lets me do it online when I click add a line and add a trade-in. I'm able to add it to my cart and check out that way. I would do it that way rather than trying to find someone in store who knows what they're doing.

It's a payment plan with the device credits spread out over 2 years so definitely locked.

None here... BTW, I didn't get any ID confirmation either..

Now about the date, in the web site says: "Estimated delivery date" instead of shipping date. I have no idea what they are planning to do.

Anyone get a shipping notification? When chatting with them they said they were all shipping in September 22nd, not that they were arriving at your doorstep on Sept 22nd

My experience historically with their cable service prevents from me from ever even considering it. It's systemically robust and if everything works according to their automated processes, you will do just fine with it. But if even the slightest issue arises - technical, billing, whatever, you're condemned to hell where the only thing that is going to help you is blind luck that might make it a little easier and a little less time consuming, but the time and trouble you can expect, not to gain anything but just to stay even, will likely be nowhere near worth it.
