Was eyeing this at $1500 last week. Saw it dropped further today so pulled the trigger. With the 5 year BB warranty it turned out to be only $60 more than what Costco is offering.
Deal History includes data from multiple reputable stores, such as Best Buy, Target, and Walmart. The lowest price among stores for a given day is selected as the "Sale Price".

My C1 has about 4400 hours on it, after roughly 18 months of usage. That's about 8 hours a day, so about 12,500 days or 34 years. Probably will upgrade before then.
oleds dont have issues with reliability... maybe when they first came out 10 yrs ago or something

FYI, for anyone into this deal. I had a problem with one of my gift cards and couldn't use it online so I went to the store today to order and it ended up being another $300 less at $1053.99.
YMMV as with all in-store pricing (and I'm a TotalTech member), but receipt photo attached. This was an NYC store.
If anyone is interested in the ATSC 3.0 standard (Nextgen TV), this is the only model (G2 Gallery) that supports it from the 2202 LG lineup. For 2023 lineup, only the G3 Evo and one other non-oled model (QNED80) support it. LG is dropping support for this standard for all 2024 models.
Can someone please tell me when to buy? I don't mind last years model. I am looking for a G2/G3/or S95. Is black friday, super bowl, model year the time? We just got a new house and I want this to be a treat for myself once the entertainment area when the TV is ready to go in. I just don't get it.
I just purchased the 2023 C3 version today at Costco because they add a 3-year Allstate warranty bringing the total years covered to five. It was $1499.99 before tax. Just make sure they add the Allstate warranty at checkout ($100 value). I bought it to replace a crappy TCL Google TV that I bought a few weeks ago. I've had it with cheap Chinese stuff and am hoping this experience is better. Here's the link for those interested. https://www.costco.com/lg-55%22-c...53255.html
I bought the C3 from Best Buy for the same price. Costco and Best Buy dropped the price to $1399.99. They just issued me a credit of $107.00. Not sure about Cosco's price guarantee but thought I would mention it to you.
