Tried a few adventure games (mostly via netflix games) and here are my perceived evaluation of performance (1-10 where 10 would mean it's flawless smooth and looks sharp):
So Oxenfree 2 would be the newest game on the list and it performs horribly. Like if the 10 framse per second animations. Studio recommends a minimum 3dmark score of 2000 and the max only get 1000. Makes me realize "amazon's best" is a carefully crafted term.
I typically only use mine to do a little light web browsing, watching videos, and maybe a few comic books. I have the Fire Max 11 and I actually prefer the cheaper HD10s. I can drop an HD10 and not worry that I'm going to break something nice. I buy one of these tablets every year or two.
Installing widgets is hit or miss. Also, some apps and games don't work well.
The whole tablet runs slower because you cannot uninstall Fire OS services that are always running in the background. Even the Fire toolkit says, "disabling some services may cause instability"
For the same price, the ONN 11 Pro is a better option. And the ONN comes with 128 GB vs 64 GB.
