I had a 20% coupon. After returning the free game, my total with tax was $356. Really good deal...You don't get full value when returning the free game due to the discounts. I think the refund for the free game was right at $50.

Yeah but that'll probably end too. Physical media is dead and covid killed it.

i think physical game sales in like 2019 were 65%, but after covid, it's closer to 10%.

Series s/x were released end of 2020 and were nearly impossible to get for an entire year.

Gamepass wasn't worth it until mid 2021

Physical stores were closed across the country, so people bought digitally and are okay with the convenience.

2020 digital sales were nearly 90%.

Wow I have a 20% off and this may just be what I was waiting for. Have a friend who has Gamepass that I can share with as well.

If I choose a digital download game (Jedi Survivor) and choose to return the Xbox without ever redeeming the game, will I get a refund on the game too or will they subtract it from my refund? It says it'll just be sent to my email so I'm not sure

That rumor makes no sense when the Digital already exists. If it were true Sony would just make a standalone drive

That's what I said. There will be a new digital only console and you'll be able to add on a disc drive. The same default console for both purposes to lower mfg costs
