Doesn't work with Home Base 2 according to the seller which really pisses me off. I bought 3 eufyCam 2's along with a homebase and doorbell a couple years ago. One of the cameras already bricked. Thought I was saving money without the subscription fees of blink but maybe not. Seems have to replace every 2 years or so and the compabilitiy between devices and home bases is horrible.

Great timing. I've been running 4 of these for 2 years. One may be going since the app has been showing it as not charging for the past week.

I'm tempted because I have a couple eufy but I think I'm going to pass. I had the S40, bought last year. Did well and it died after a bad rainstorm a month after the warranty period. Was good while it lasted but I don't have faith in the brand right now.

My 2 solo cam non-solar ones seem to be going strong though, so maybe it was just a poor design on the solar-enabled ones.

If it's like the 210 I just started using, there's no option to record continuously even if it's plugged in. I was used to the pan/tilt 2k cam having that option.

I saw that water damage was a common complaint from the S40.
Hopefully they fixed it with the cheaper S220. In for 1 for $80

Anyone have any offline use with this and home assistant? Would like to be able to watch live from the dashboard. Not a huge fan of how Ring acts with HA

I have this purchased when it was $100, it's ok but charges very slowly via solar I've tried to change it's placement and same result, not gaining that much from the solar if I still have to charge it via battery so meh, also this one does not have a spotlight btw
