Activated the Chase offer in the Chase mobile app. Then went on Perks at Work, went through there to trigger the EPP. Checkout with Paypal and use my linked Chase credit card there.

PayPal bonus is part of the 4th qtr bonus category if you have either Freedom or Freedom Flex (Freedom Unlimited is not included) cards. You need to activate the quarterly bonus if you haven't already. Then any subsequent purchases through PayPal via your linked Chase card will qualify for the bonus points. Also, warehouse clubs (BJs, Sams, Costco, etc) are part of the bonus too.
