the expiration dates are usually at least a year to 18 months out, which gives you plenty of time to grind through them (heh) depending on your usage.

Bought without sub and save for a few cents more and then got $1 no rush credit. YMMV.

Thanks! Needed some as the $12.59 deal from a couple months ago was running out. Needed it now, so paid the extra $1.50 for the 3 bags but they will deliver it for free tonight so it's all good. Yay coffee!

i french roast these, so no - you can use them for anything.

my own personal impression is that espresso beans tend to
be smaller, so they work better in expensive machines that will
grind, head pack, and pressure steam espresso thru a portafilter.

I don't understand Amazon's price shenanigans. This looks like the same bag of coffee, but at $28 instead of $11: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000VJE75Y/

Anyone have an explanation (other than "caveat emptor")? Thanks.

ALWAYS look at the "ships from" and "sold by" info on Amazon. Your link is not Amazon, but a 3rd party vendor.

Yes, I noticed that, but also there is no mention of Amazon in the vendor list, so at first glance one would assume that Amazon doesn't sell that item, not that they do but at a different link entirely. Seems odd to me.
