I posted the Walmart $480 deal and posted the videos of the frames side by side of the different graphics card on the exact same games from youtube if you want to see for yourself.
Hoping to snag a openbox under $500 with all the people who returned theres cause the screen was not pretty enough for them
Also to the guy complaining about cores, even now most applications dont go past two cores if even that when it comes to being coded.... So your rage is very uninformed. If your gaming on a entry level laptop you wont be having multiple applications in the background, running your stream studio off it, and who else knows what... Major lack of realistic expectations and knowledge.

Big differences I'm seeing is the processor (Ryzen vs Intel) and Graphics card (RTX 2050 vs 3050)

It was actually possible to price match to BB, as stated.
Here's the thread for reference, and more info on this laptop:

Thumbs up and reps for the good doctor for posting!

Edit: Also this Lenovo LOQ [costco.com]?
To all the above this Victus with 6GB 3050 is a HUGE jump over a 3050 with 4GB and a 2050. The Victus looks to only come in a 95W variant and if thats the 6GB variant in the HP you will see frames per second increases of over 30-50% over a 4GB or 2050. Those are HUGE numbers. Yes the trade off is you get a crummy screen, but you know for $550 hard to complain, also need to upgrade the ram to at least 16GB. So unless you want to spend like a baller, this is one of the best deals on a gaming laptop you can get for people on a budget.

I was also eyeing the Asus Laptop at Costco up for 799.
I understand the Asus would be better, but how much better?
Thank you in advance for any advice.
There's been great deals on 3060 laptops, so if you can wait, I'd wait.
But that's just me.
