If you wash your car every 2-3 weeks or after a rainstorm (as in soap and hose it down), there is no need to use a clay bar. I know a thing or two about car paints and paint tech. I worked for 3M automotive for 15 years. Companies advertising to sell their waxes/cleaners/sealants has gotten people into believing the extreme measures they use on car paints these days. Clay bar usage every 4-6 months is not only overkill but harmful for the clear coat. Like you said to each their own but what I said about the clay bar is researched opinion.

Project farm says this is the best wax. I selected a two quantity for 24.56 on Amazon. Thanks OP.

I bought it for $12.97 in July 2022. I like it, but I don't think raising the price a buck is a great deal.

Anyone have an opinion on this vs. Turtle Wax 53477 Hybrid Solutions Pro Flex Wax, Graphene Spray Wax?

I found someone on FB Marketplace with a bottle of the Graphene wax for $5.

Wear gloves when applying.

I like the ceramic spray, but it streaks really badly and it's most visible on dark paint.

The label now states to wipe it down with a damp microfiber, but it doesn't help.

If you apply it to the windshield, buff really well and it works great.

I apply this ceramic spray to one small section of my car at a time. I spray it on, use one microfiber cloth to apply evenly for that section. Then use a second microfiber cloth (I use it dry) to wipe off. Then I start on another section of the car and repeat. I don't seem to get any streaking that way.

Does this go on paint only, or Windows too?
Not car related but this stuff works great on shower doors, acrylic tub surrounds, stainless steel appliances and sinks, and ceramic bathroom sinks and i use it on my outside windows.

I have a vehicle w/ dark paint as well and I got streaking when I first started using this. Now, I'm also doing what Frugie said below your comment. Two towel system and working maybe 1.5x1.5 squares at one time really helps with the streaking.

If you don't want to use the two towel method, Griot's 3 n 1 is a good alternative.

Literally nothing from Chemical Guys is good unless it's things like towels, mitts, brushes, etc.
VRP is an excellent, well-regarded product from Chemical Guys.

I used nxt tech wax 2.0 for years then switched to this. Better water beading and lasts longer. Much easier to apply as its just wipe on vs rub. Seems to last a little longer than CMT, although they are very similar. I use it on all my vehicles in spring and fall. I will use it on my side and rear windows too, but I prefer rainx on windshield...

Great stuff no doubt especially being able to apply it in direct sunlight on a hot day. Technology wins again.

My car always gets small scratches when using a clay bar. I stopped doing it.
