Assuming the 4070 is significantly faster than the 4060, this is the best deal I've seen on a gaming laptop at the ~$1,000 price point, ever.

4070 is not much faster than 4060. Need a 4080 to get performance improvement with the 40 series.

Keep in mind this is all 12th gen chipset, CPU, integrated graphics, memory controller etc. DDR4 not 5

I'd have to disagree.

MS flight simulator and Hogwarts are 20 to 25% faster on 4070 than 4060.
Witcher 3 is 60% faster using 4070 at 1440p!

I've never bothered playing a video game on a laptop keyboard. But I have used laptop keyboards in business environments quite a bit and will say that keyboard issues are extremely annoying, are particular to certain models at points in time. Lenovo AMD chipsets laptops had problems a few years ago that scrambled keys if you type fast. And for me at least this had real consequences with lost productivity.

OP may have worded things in a poor and hyperbolic way but it's still valuable commentary on problems in a product.

I didn't say it wasn't a real problem, or useful input, but saying this issue had "real life consequences," i.e. dying in a video game, was a hilarious overstatement.
