I hate it. The ice maker is super slow and takes like 5 seconds to respond, and the compenents are very cheaply made. I've had to tighten the door handle twice already and the clip on the filter housing broke the first time I tried to replace the filter.

I've had similar quality issues with my Whirlpool oven. Never again. Jumping ship to LG next time.

I bought this two years ago...no it wasn't. It was $2400 because there was a supply chain shortage.

For those of us without a time machine, it seems like an ok option.

I have it...true counter depth for tight space. Don't love weird door "handles" or cheap plastic drawers. Other non side-by-side refrigerators with more capacity are a lot taller and/or deeper. Wish more rugged freezer shelves and some freezer door compartments

I missed out on that last deal, so I'm excited for this one!!

I am looking for a French door with a bottom freezer, no for handles (look sleek), and counter depth.

I wish the 36" wide refrigerators don't have the water or ice because I don't care for those.

I have this fridge, purchased because I have size constraints and this was available (not at costco) when my last one died.. I don't use a lot of ice so I don't have the ice maker hooked up, and it's quiet enough for me.

Likes:
- It does the job - food stays cool/frozen
- Door alarm foils my distracted ways
- This is my first counter-depth fridge, I'm short and I love being able to reach to the back of the shelves

Dislikes:
- no dedicated deli drawer, where is my special cheese compartment!
- fridge shelves are fixed
- nobody's cramming a rack of ribs into that french door freezer
- door closure is a little awkward

This fridge has been amazing, no issues at all. We get compliments all the time. It's just two of us so we aren't stocking it up to feed an army YMMV

I have two of these fridges and been using them for the past 2 years, no problems so far. The temperature control has limited options and if you are interested in that probably not right for you. I was going for a built-in look within a cabinet and this did the job.

Got this fridge for the same price last January.

It's OK.

I also had seals rip off, like someone previously stated, the material is super cheap. Currently using a piece of painters tape to fill the gap until they will come out to fix it 🙄 because without the seal you can see right into the fridge when it's closed.

The shelves have no adjustment, and the fixed heights seem odd, many things almost fit, but don't.

Overall the plastic drawers seem super cheap.

Ours also runs very warm. Our opening for the fridge is exactly 36" which is very tight for this fridge. The cabinets on either side of the fridge are actually warm to the touch.
