Xfinity Rewards Members: $1 movie rental this weekend 12/1-12/3 (YMMV)

This offer is now in at least its third week, so I'm posting a fresh deal for it again. This deal should pop up each weekend through December, and this current deal will expire at the end of the night Sunday 12/3. It's marked YMMV because I'm not sure if it's only for certain members. I'm a Diamond member, which could have something to do with it.
I tried it out two weeks and it worked without a hitch. The offer repopulated last weekend and has just done so again for this weekend.
Just head to your rewards account (link is below). Look for the offer that says, "Get cozy with a $1 movie night this weekend." If you have it, you should be able to activate it, and you'll have through Sunday to order a movie to rent. It should work for anything up to $5.99. When I rented a movie, I received a text immediately after renting that said, "Thanks for your Xfinity rental of ___ movie~ for $1.00. Enjoy the show!" My bill showed the correct $1 charge as well.
Note: For those without an Xfinity box (I have TiVo), you can watch the movie using the Xfinity Stream app, but you can't buy it on the app with Apple devices. I watched on the Xfinity Stream app on my Apple TV, but I purchased it from the Xfinity Stream website [xfinity.com] and it showed as rented in the app on my Apple TV.
It's not an amazing deal or anything, but if you're just looking to watch something you haven't been able to see, it's nice to see it for a dollar. Enjoy!
