Here's an idea. Maybe you can go to your local AutoZone and pay $204.99 for the exact same set. Same brand, same part number, same factory fresh new condition, identical in every way. Maybe tripling the price will make you and your family feel safer.

I wouldn't buy these non-coated rotors if you live somewhere with lots of rain and/or snow. I always pay the slight premium for e-coated rotors to help prevent rust buildup over time, especially with New England weather!
Yep. A Buick can pair well with Slickdeal mentality.
Grab a grampa Buick with the 3800 and it'll last until you are a grampa. Bought mine in my 20s and still daily drive it 15 years later. Cheap on maintenance, insurance, and great gas mileage on the highway.
Big engine bay to work in, if ever needed. You'll save enough with it to buy a fun weekend car or every item on FP of Slickdeals over the next decade or possibly both. 😆
I have also had better luck with slotted and drilled rotors from the mail order suppliers. I think the holes and slots release the heat and help them from warping.
Ummm... Woot isn't exactly known for their outstanding quality assurance program. I have doubts about whether I can trust their discount sweatpants and underwear to last 3 months without ripping.
I'm definitely not buying discount front brakes from them!
My family's lives are worth more than an $82.13 discount.
Customer Service: "We stand behind our quality products. Because if we were to stand in front, and failure occured, we would be crushed."
On another note: If they sell a half-million brake pads, does that mean the company will be saved?

You must have gotten lucky! I've had 2 3800's, one in a Grand Prix and one in my Monte Carlo SS. The plastic coolant elbows went bad while driving and overheated the engine, which ultimately lead to blown gaskets. If I ever get another one, then I would change the coolant elbows right away. Good engines otherwise.
Careful with these. I did a lot of research on Powerstop because I was thinking of upgrading the brakes on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and found a lot of mixed reviews. Specifically, I was looking at their Z23 and Z36 lineups. Seems OEM is the most reliable, consistent, and best bang for your buck.
As for solid vs slotted vs drilled rotors, solid and slotted are better. The holes in the drilled rotors serve as a point of failure and often dont last as long as solid or slotted rotors. They look awesome though so get them if you dont mind the potential downside of drilled rotors.
Last time I replaced my brake pads I decided to go with ceramic. My car often sits in an open parking lot for a few days, when it rains the pads rust and bond with the rotors. That's when you hear the clunk sound when you drive off as they separate. I thought maybe this won't happen with the ceramic pads, but I was wrong, it still happens. They must have enough metal in them to still rust. But the other very welcome side effect was that there was basically zero brake dust coming off the ceramic pads. I used to have to scrub my wheels like crazy when washing the car, trying to get that brake dust off. Now with the ceramic pads, basically no dust.

I switched to ceramics for the same reasons. Almost zero dust. Plus they're easy on your rotors and last a really long time. I won't buy a sintered, organic, or semi-metallic pad ever again unless I have no choice.

Then you have a different issue. Probably your calipers or slide pins locking up.
