Spent at least an hour at Staples checking out all their chair offerings and then some more time on SlickDeals and YouTube. Went in thinking I need the Dexley. It is a chair for bigger people and I thought it would be better but despite the lock mechanism for reclining there was still some play which is bothersome and the lumbar didnt quite work for me. The Hyken as a result was much more comfortable but the seat is narrowner and the headrest, at least for me, kind of forces a forward view, if you intend to use while computing. I also dont like the way the wheels roll on either chair. Not as smooth as I want but it could be due to testing abused floor models. Anyway with the $10 promo, I ordered the chair anyway and figure I have 30 days to assemble and test it out. Note I also check out the Kroy, which is not on sale and is $180. No headest but at least for me, it seemed to have better lumbar and a slightly wider seat. In the end, the Hyken and Kroy were a tossup so I went with price.

I've the Dexley version of this char for last 3 years..and its my 8hr/day WFH chair and its so comfortable. I paid $130 then. Seat got ripped off last year and to my surprise , after a quick 5 minute call they had sent me a new seat. All they need was the staples email of order confirmation. That is customer service for me. I just bought this Hyken version of it for $100. This also has 7 years warranty.

Not true at all; you DO NOT HAVE TO DISASSEMBLE the chair; you can take it as is and explain to them you tried, but you didn't like it. You can't try a chair if it's still in BOX.
