This chair will not keep its height adjustment / sinks down and is killing my back. Looking for a replacement after 2 years.

i went to staples to try this chair out and even though its heavily discounted it does not feel like a $300 chair, it doesn't even feel worth $100. I would go for the hyken thats $179, it felt much better to sit in.

I get why you're saying that but if the retail location you'd pick up from doesn't have the product in inventory, then free store pickup just guarantees your item will be at the store waiting for you since you already bought it. The sad thing is, many stores don't have free store pickup anymore which blows my mind. Like you have to pay to order and ship it to the store that you are going to travel to, as if they don't already have a truck going to the store everyday. Some don't even offer store pick up at all and no free shipping either. I feel like if a retailer has lots of physical locations it's a competitive advantage to offer free store pickup if you don't offer free shipping.

bought the chair the other day. was able to add on a $15 coupon for signing up for emails/texts. chair is heavy and seems solid, but i was disappointed to see that the "mesh" is a somewhat hard plastic. all the features work as advertised, i was just disappointed it wasn't a more comfortable "mesh" seat.

I've been debating returning it, but its heavy and for the price it wasn't a bad deal.

I signed up with the email/text last week but never gotten any coupon.

I have had this chair for 5 years and I think it's pretty great. They have replaced both arm rest pads for free because the rubber started cracking. I'm 6'4" and the headrest is just slightly too low but I don't mind. The mesh is a little tight but loosens up over some time. I just had my company buy me this chair for work too.

I used a hyken for 10 years with zero problems. Long grad school sessions, work from home and gaming with complete comfort. I just bought another because it was wearing out a bit and I'm happy that it looks to be the exact same build. Easily the most comfortable chair I've ever sat on, and that includes many much more expensive "premium" chairs

that said, this is a very common price and it certainly isn't a $300 chair

Just purchased and it seems comfortable. Definitely heavy. We shall see I guess on longevity

I'm an XXL, I like the chair but it is not cushy, I wouldn't want to sit in it for 8 hours. Love the mesh for airflow, so far holding up I'm 250. I like the reclining mechanism, though others in my house don't. It's kind of tall too, just a bit too tall for my standing desk if I want to push it under. 4 stars for the right person, def not a $300 chair.

I purchased this last time around. What you would expect out of a $100 chair. It's not bad but I use it for wfh and wish I would have saved up and spent more money on a much more comfortable chair. It's not bad and hasn't deformed or anything in over 10 months. I'm 6ft and did notice there isn't a higher adjustment for the neck rest.
