I am 5'11", 165lb, and have had the seat replaced and each arm replaced twice. It squeaks as well. But it works.
that said, the material is cheesy plastic, everywhere. the mesh is plastic and feels like crap if you wear shorts, the head rest mechanism is crap plastic and feels like you're going to rip it off when you adjust it, the wheels are normal crap prepare to replace them with skate style wheels if you want to move around nicely. i didn't put the arms on, never been a fan of arms on chairs... but they looked like normal garbage material that would wear out quickly.
it's what i'd expect for a 100$ chair, worth 100$ these days... is you would like something nicer, spend the 3-4x and get something that will last forever, these won't.

However they do wear down overtime. The foam in the seat rips, mesh seat loses tension, arm rest start to crack, and the seat locking mechanism eventually gives out. Luckily it comes with a 7 year warranty so you can get replacement parts quite easily.
If you're over 5'9" you'll definitely need to do the headrest mod which raises the headrest, otherwise it'll dig into your upper back. After doing the mod, the chair is much more comfortable.

If you're tired to replacing budget chairs after a couple years of use, just get a Herman Miller. I recently got my Embody from a liquidator and it's a completely different experience (and price range).
