I work from home and owned this for a year. I thought it was awesome at first. Very stylish and comfortable. But then the noise started. There was a loud creaking noise that would happen every time I adjusted my sitting position. I called customer support who were great about sending me some replacement parts but it didn't fix anything. Eventually I ended up giving it away.
I grabbed it last time. I'm 6'2 and the neck rest lands on my upper back/traps. It's only rotational adjustable not height adjustable. I have to slouch to use the neck rest. Not a very comfortable chair.
IDK why so many negative comments, I have two of these chairs. They have been great. I got it for 135 one year then this Christmas it was on sale got it for 79.99. the chair is better then any of those gaming chairs. If you need a new chair this is the one to get. I got both in red. If someone has squeaking issues two things. Either overweight or didn't tighten the screw with Allen key correctly. My two older teenagers love it.

I bought this in 2020 For $154.99 + tax. Other than the headrest which doesn't stay put, I like this chair. The armrest have started cracking because I put my weight on it when getting up - for reference I'm 6'3, 235lbs. I'm thinking of getting one for a family member.

I have had this chair for several years now, and it has been flawless. It's comfortable and never lost its shape, and all parts have been great with no squeaks or anything. I do prefer to put a little towel or blanket on the seat and the back portion as well, but that is only for me to increase the longevity of the chair.

How big is the box? Will this fit inside a sedan?

I have the Dexley. The warranty is the best thing on these chairs. You will need it.

I am 5'11", 165lb, and have had the seat replaced and each arm replaced twice. It squeaks as well. But it works.

Any coupons to stack with this? $100 seems to be the almost everyday price for this chair.

I am 5'1 and have the same exact issue, I ended up removing the neckrest, it is secured by only 2 nuts. easy workaround.

i'm 5'8 and the neck rest falls where a neck rest should, it's not a head rest... i also don't lean back in chairs, so i never use it.

that said, the material is cheesy plastic, everywhere. the mesh is plastic and feels like crap if you wear shorts, the head rest mechanism is crap plastic and feels like you're going to rip it off when you adjust it, the wheels are normal crap prepare to replace them with skate style wheels if you want to move around nicely. i didn't put the arms on, never been a fan of arms on chairs... but they looked like normal garbage material that would wear out quickly.

it's what i'd expect for a 100$ chair, worth 100$ these days... is you would like something nicer, spend the 3-4x and get something that will last forever, these won't.

I have black and red for a couple of years now, and they look great, everyone asks where I got it from and for the price, it is pretty much impossible to beat for what you are getting, head rest is great!

I have 2 of these and they are great budget chairs for the price.
However they do wear down overtime. The foam in the seat rips, mesh seat loses tension, arm rest start to crack, and the seat locking mechanism eventually gives out. Luckily it comes with a 7 year warranty so you can get replacement parts quite easily.
If you're over 5'9" you'll definitely need to do the headrest mod which raises the headrest, otherwise it'll dig into your upper back. After doing the mod, the chair is much more comfortable.

If you're tired to replacing budget chairs after a couple years of use, just get a Herman Miller. I recently got my Embody from a liquidator and it's a completely different experience (and price range).
