I bought this chair two years ago and won't recommend it. The head pillow is not height-adjustable. The seat sank with the pressure all leaked after the first year.

Same. The seat is almost unusable at this point. Started about 2 years in for me

Just threw away this chair after 2 years, sturdy and made well, just very uncomfortable in the seat. Didn't realize I couldn't sit more for an hour without getting up.
Recently picked up a Herman miller logi venture chair and I can sit for 8 hours at a time without issue.
I am an average size person with normal body weight.

I've had this for 3 years and have the same concern about the seat. At the front of the seat, under a person's thighs/knees there is a strip of foam padding. I have to shove this back into place every couple weeks. I think it was initially glued in place.
I vaguely recall previous post comments talking about stuffing magazines into this area to prop up the seat… any one have working fixes? TIA
I wouldn't suggest buying this chair if you are over 5'9". Headrest hits the area under the neck, and it is not adjustable. I bought this last week and am about to return it.
Bought the chair with this "deal", cheap material and definitely not worth $140. Just think twice about the sort of deal it is that has lasted few days. Save your money!
Should I disassemble it to return to staples or can take the assembled chair to staples?

I'm 6'3" and that chair fits me perfectly. A lot of positive youtube reviews on the Dexley are from guys over 6 feet tall.
