I know it's a concern but has anyone EVER heard of someone being banned for this?
They vary in price, though. I managed to get AW2 for 20 and BG3 for 15 🤷🏼

I guess anything is possible, but they could put the kibosh on this in other ways and it's been going on for years. I've never talked to an actual person who's been banned, just "friend of a friend" stuff here on SD and people fear mongering. So while I'm sure it could happen, more likely they would just remove those games from accounts that have redeemed them against some ToS restriction I'm not aware of.
You could also just create a separate account from your primary to play them.
Wouldn't worry too much about getting your main account banned but they will ban your Microsoft rewards account (if that's important to you), happened to me twice. Use at your own risk.
