What did you have to return before you accepted the original price? I didn't follow

So now I submitted a dispute with Chase on my Amazon Prime card and provided all of my chat screenshots of the two Amazon reps clearly confirming a price adjustment to the original sale purchase price would be made and something that Amazon should honor or allow me to return if they can't honor it. In addition, I also include the latest price adjustment chats and in some instances the CS just kept pasting a generic paragraph over and over that they don't offer price matches followed by "I hope you understand" 3 times back to back when I wanted to escalate higher to manager. Just crazy and hoping you and I all the best with the dispute. At the end, I really just want them to take the item back now and give me all the money back. Just not worth the aggravation and via chat or phone for over 3 hours and counting in addition to then providing dispute details to Chase which is also time consuming.
