Where to dispose of the old foam mattress? I dont have room in our trash bin
Give it away on craigslist. That's what we did with an old mattress we were replacing and 4 college kids came to get it and hoisted it on top of their Civic to haul it home (hopefully they didn't have to drive very far). They did all the labor, too, so that was nice! Everyone won that day.

If you have public trash services, usually put on your property tax, sometimes they include bulk pickup, worth checking into if you have required city/county pickup.

Same here. I had an old worn out mattress (well, my old back thought so) several years ago. This was prior to me owning a pickup truck, so I was trying to figure out a way to get rid of the mattress.
Someone mentioned Craigslist. So, I listed it on CL & took many pics & mentioned it was an older mattress that had lost some firmness, etc. I made it clear that it wasn't a 'showpiece' mattress whatsoever.
The day I listed it, I had 10 people email me. The first one I replied to picked it up (a local female college student w/her boyfriend & father) that very night.
Anyway, unless a mattress is absolutely trash, it seems CL is a great place to get rid of one for free. And yep, everyone wins. 😁👍🏼
Yeah my luck goes on sale 2 days after I buy one at Walmart different brand $158 for a full. I'm pretty sure the one I bought is better quality but still it wasn't going to be used every day. I missed Black Friday mattress deals and I couldn't wait any longer needed it for Christmas
Return, rebuy. Walmart will send a truck to pick up the one being returned if you call in.No need to rebox.

I sold my 3y old queen sized one for $50 on CL a few months ago. Of course I also always kept it in a protective cover, so that increased it's value a little.
Overall reviews are quite good. Per description, the mattress has a medium firmness.
Medium is still too soft for 12". The thicker and/or softer, the more comfortable, but more hurt to your bones. If you don't want problem to your bones, get medium-firm for 8" and never go thicker or thinner.
They do not expire. What do you think they make it brand new for you for your order?
Make it for me no, but ship something ~two years old, no thanks. Sure there's no expiration but there's certainly reasons why edges don't expand on these cheap things. Ordered a Brooklyn one…12/7/23 packaged date and good to go.
