Definitely older. But I am playing BG3 on it right now. Have played cyberpunk and Starfield. Obviously resolution will suffer but they run great.

I purchased a 64gb refurbished deck from GameStop when the price was $300ish. It came in like new condition with no signs of use. Came with original charger and carrying case in a brown box. Recommended.

If you don't already have the membership total is closer to $290+tax for the 64 gig model.

Direct from valve with true warranty support it's $280. But hard to find in stock.

GameStop support will be nearly non existent.

Ughh. I already replaced the SSD and idk where I put it I wanted to contact them before the warranty ran out. Did they give you a new or refurb??

Just wanted to make people more informed when buying any gaming console from GameStop. I saw this post on the Steam Deck subreddit about Valve not honoring he warranty for the Steam Deck a person bought it because the Steam Deck was reported "stolen". Lots of Steam Decks have gone missing by means of delivery if you didn't know this already.

I received my order today but there was no Deck inside the box. I instead received a brand new Meta Quest 2. The package manifest listed the Deck so not sure how this happened. I reached out to customer service and was told to wait for my return to be approved before I can get a return label emailed to me. Once they get it I will be sent a deck but I'm not holding my breath.

Legally they are supposed to. Reality, the serial numbers don't get reported in any national databases.

Buy one, install Free EmuDeck, it will play most Switch games with a drop of PS3 and Xbox 360. Almost everything below... It does still play most AAA games at decent frame rates.

If you're looking for a portable Emulation powerhouse, this is an epic deal.
