Ignoring the Santas because I don't know their weight. It comes to 53 cents per oz vs someplace like Sams Club where it is normally 63 cents per oz

If you do not have prime, they add 11.49 for shipping & handling.

that is actually kind of wild, even with $35+ free shipping only applies to other items. Amazon trying to kill off their main differentiator I guess. Good luck to them squeezing existing customers, I'm still not renewing my Prime.

yum, do they still put lead in their chocolate?

Not too long ago, bit into one that had a metal staple (or something similar looking) inside the filling part of it. Guess that's close?

Apparently all chocolate has lead in it. At least all of the chocolate produced in the USA. In California we have a proposition, called Prop 65, that tells you when lead is in something, but it isn't a ban. Even though it would make way more sense for it to be a ban. It's basically just a warning that eating or drinking something with lead in it can and will give you cancer, eventually.

Prop 65 is useless. All manufacturers add a warning just to cover their trunks. That label does not provide any info on whether there is a carcenogenic substance in the item or not.

And Amazon Prime will start charging $2.99 extra per month beginning Jan. 29 if you want to watch commercial free. There's greed, and then there's Amazon greed. And then there is SD affiliate fee greed.

Yeah, I know. It's a dumb proposition. And, it doesn't stop anybody from buying anything. Because, if it was an actual ban of products, every dollar store in California would be forced to shutdown tomorrow.
