Timeline: Assurant received trade in 2/2 and received promotion trade in complete from spectrum. But assurant still shows status as delivered on their tracking status.

This moring I received an email from Spectrum that my trade in was accepted. The portal says the phone was received 2/5 and will be evaluated by 2/7.
The phone is still ineligible to be activated through the Straight Talk website.
The Assurant evaluation process appears to be completely random. Good luck everyone!

If the order gets cancelled, there were no purchases ever made so they won't refund you the credit nor can they. You won't get your device back either even if it gets accepted.
This is why you shouldn't have cancelled until everything was at the very least complete.
Like I repeated over and over to everyone here, be patient. If anything turns out wrong, then you take action. You took action first and just complicated the whole process.
I hope you can get it fixed, but you're in for a long headache.
"I am terribly sorry you were given the wrong information. Unfortunately, we are not able to send a manual check as the credits have already been sent electronically to Spectrum Mobile. It is now up to them to give you the credits on your account. I suggest you may want to visit a mobile store or call the customer support line for Spectrum Mobile again to see if they can provide you with an accurate resolution. This mistake is on their end and there is nothing more we can do. We have no access to your account with Spectrum Mobile and so they will need to be the ones to place the credits on your account."
