Compared to a number of retailers, yes. I've seen the PS4 version as high as $50 in the last 6 months or so. When I bought mine at Walmart for this price approximately 6 months ago, I figured it was cheaper elsewhere so I had initially passed on it. After doing some research, I couldn't find it cheaper. Even eBay had most copies going around $40 at the time. I ended up getting my copy at Walmart and will do the $10 upgrade but I do have the W.L.F Edition looking good in my display collection.
If someone is looking to get the PS5 upgrade as cheap as can be, I'd recommend going to your local used game store such as a Disc Replay to see what you can find the PS4 version at. As far as someone getting a new copy here in the now to upgrade with, this deal at Walmart likely won't be beat. I remember in another thread where people got on me saying the $20 at Walmart was crazy because they all got it for $10 at some point 🤦 Those folks apparently had the use of a time machine that I didn't.
