I use the line trimmer with 4ah batteries, it goes about 30-40 minutes of normal trimming, enough to handle our 1acre lot. If you have it on high and are hitting thick weeds you could probably kill it in 15 minutes
Brickseek showed one store nearby with "Limited stock"
I found one up top, second overhead shelf. It was yellow-stickered for $229 but rang up $99
Now brickseek shows none nearby.
Good luck hunting
Thanks OP! Been looking for these separately but the combo was definitely better. If anyone still looking for one in Los Angeles, there's 7 more in the Huntington Park location on a pallet on aisle 3 lol
Edit: Confirmed both of my older 4ah batteries fit fine.

Brickseek said none available in my store, I went looking for the Milwaukee nail set which said there was 4. No Milwaukee sets in stock but found 2 of these sitting in the tool section locked in the cage. Asked for assistance and he checked price $99 got both one for me and one for my coworker. Thanks op
I haven't seen any of these anywhere close. I'd be interested in paying to have one of these sent, and any fees through eBay/PayPal or some other method if someone got more than they needed. PM me!
I see the Dewalt set around here, but I am in the Ridgid ecosystem. Perhaps a swap?
Picked up one from HD in Capitol Heights, MD. They had about 5 on an upper shelf on aisle 49. The box shows a reduced price of $229 down from $379. I had to convince the worker to scan it to show the $99 price. I just connected the battery pack to both tools and they work. The blower doesn't seem that strong. Stay tuned.
FWIW this late in the sale...
I checked Brickseek ("Bs") and it showed a possible stock at only one of my surrounding locations (South of Cleveland, OH)
I popped into two. The first one didn't have it and didn't ever seem to have it in stock.
The second store, which Bs said there might be stock, didn't have it. However, when that aisle employee looked up the store SKU on her lil' handheld device, it did actually show up as $99, whereas the general customer service counter computer showed it at the $249 price and online only.
So basically, trying to find any more at this point...as others have stated in prior posts... you need to go in and look for yourself all over, in both the garden/outdoor tools section and in the regular tools section. And find an employee in the aisle with their little handheld scanner. Give them the Store SKU1008730113and they should be able to give you an fairly accurate stock count as well as it should show the $99 price.
And no, even if the store shows the $99 price, they/you cannot order it for store pickup because that will invoke the online price of $249. The employee said that it was likely $99 "in store only" because Rigid was trying to blow out remaining inventory levels. I 100% believe this because I work for the largest company in that space. And we are also trying to blow out all existing stock that was placed during the COVID years. (That really screwed a LOT of companies because we had to buy materials at exorbitantly higher prices, but then not lose our ass when the market corrected itself and MSRP returned to near pre-COVID levels.)
Thanks to Brickseek, I found two of these sets at the Wilshire store near downtown Los Angeles. They still have two left when you ask for SKU 1008730113, as a previous comment suggested. They also told me that the Sunset location has 6 in stock. Happy hunting!
When OP first posted the deal, I checked two stores that Brickseek said had 4 and 5 in stock, in San Diego on my way home from work, but couldn't find any and gave up. Brickseek said my local store had "limited stock" so I didn't even bother checking. Today I stopped by my local store to get something else and figured I'd just check. Lo and behold, there was a single box on one of the top shelves. I looked up the sku on the app, which showed $249, but asked an employee for a price check and it came up $99. Thanks OP!
I think the Ridgid ecosystem kept people from buying them out, cause that 4ah battery alone is worth at least 50 bucks. That and they were not determined enough, like me, to do a good search in the upper shelves. I found them in Coconut Grove two days ago in the upper shelves next to a Ridgid blower after 30 minutes of searching. When I first passed them, I assumed it was a set of 3 blower boxes, but my determination paid off when I saw that these 3 boxes were longer than the blower boxes next to them. Lo and behold, the description said trimmer and blower, so I had an associate pull one down. I thanked the other associate that helped me look for them initially and he said he was going to tell his manager to pull them down so they can clearance them, so I don't know if the 2 remaining sets are still there.
Huge thanks for Brickseek, which showed there are multiple available around Miami stores. You're on your own for upper shelf searching, though. Now, I need to find where they hid the 50 sets of Diablo Reciprocating Saw Blades that Brickseek says are in the Miami store. Asking them for help at that store was useless and I still haven't spotted them yet! But you gotta be determined to catch a Slick Deal!
