89C has legs instead of a pedestal stand, otherwise identical.

I've had this TV for about 7 weeks or so now. Great TV, but just got a stuck-on pixel dead center. Tried all of the stuck pixel tricks, pixel refresh, etc. It's still there. Not too noticeable in most shows, but of course now my eye is always looking for it.

Absolutely this. It's competes with the C3 so getting it for less than the B3 is a steal. It's effectively the same TV as the S90C.

The one connect box makes the S95C future proof and is one of the main reasons to buy the S95C along with the added brightness. They will replace the One connect box but I never had one break.
No- one connect box has issues with gaming at fast frame rates also- I don't think it's more bright than the 77 inch since both use gen 2 panel

Epp price has been 2069 for a bit. If ur goes to $1800 idk if they'll still give you the extra 10 percent???
Yeah, they may not budge further if it bottomed out like that.

Bought it at 2k as a hot bargain last week - was able to get price matched and save the extra 200$ thank you. To anyone wondering this TV is amazing, the same at the s90c (besides the stand / feet) and an amazing price.

the s90c is 2000 at my local costco too. the extra $200 might be worth it for additional 5 year warranty

I have the 85 QN90B and absolutely love it, especially given my living room is on the brighter side, the 1,750 nit panel makes everything pop. I had the 65 LG E9 OLED previously which struggled during daylight unless all blinds were down.
These calibration settings from jamiesaun85 from AVS forum also also helped the colors and contrast compete with the OLEDs, complete game changer:

Also if you have a choice buy from a retailer instead of Samsung. I had to return my first set from Samsung as the panel was faulty and the return process was a pain, basically had to repackage it and send back the TV and wait a few weeks for a refund, then had to reorder the TV and had to battle to get the original deal on the reorder.
This is a better direct link to his settings

Stop with that nonsense. Unless you are using Blu-ray only for the TV and even then you won't notice a difference. I have a C3 and Sammy 55 S90C. No difference
What is nonsense? I said I know it probably doesn't make a huge difference, I just like it to check the box. I like my cars to have heated seats, even though I almost never use them. What is wrong with wanting an industry standard HDR format compatible with my TV? Most people can't even tell the difference between 4K and upscaled 1080p at the distance they view from. Is that nonsense too?

And I do use blu-rays, by the way. Also, I happen to prefer the dolby vision output from my Apple TV over other formats, even after tweaking. It's the most realistic-looking most of the time, on my particular TV anyway.

Lowest it has been $1900 with a free 2 year extended warranty/or wall mounting service. (Minus a little cashback) And for one day they had the TV on sale for $1900 with warranty and $200 gift card but they jacked the price the next day
Exactly, I in fact reached out to their chat reps that night and they said they will cover the difference next day. As stellar their promises are, they never did. My best price was around 1880ish with 2 year warranty. I have not seen it dip below that since. This deal at 1800 seems to beat it. Of course I am talking about 90c and this one is 89c but stand being the only difference.. and all.. if you are buying from Samsung e$@y has that referral 5% off coupon floating

This is one of those great deals where I'm tempted to open a new credit card & take the "$300 off $500 spent in the first 3 months" promo to make it even sweeter. Would be net ~$1600 after taxes at that point...

Still have my 85" QN90B though, so I don't think I will.
Which card is that? I'm only seeing 10% back on the first day's purchase with the BB card

I have an offer from CapitalOne, not sure if it's targeted or not. I had $20k in a CD with them up until recently, so it could be linked to that…

Feels like they are closing these out already. I agree with everyone saying it won't likely go any lower in price and still be easy to go to the store and purchase.

Isn't Smart Tizen a crappy operation system?

Looks like Quicksilver rewards gives $200 (not $300) off $500 spent in the first 3 months. If you have an excellent credit score they might have an offer that bumps it up $300.

$200 would cover the $130 in taxes & a little more

You might search for the offer on this site instead, as sometimes Slickdeals gives an additional bonus for signing up through the Slickdeals promo

You realize it takes two weeks to get a new CC in the mail and the deal would be dead by then right?
