I bought an LG B3 for the same price from Costco in November and have been disappointed in its brightness and ability to handle reflections in the room, I'm seriously debating returning it and buying this since this panel gets about twice as bright. However the B3 from Costco came with a 5 year warranty… Can anyone comment on how this tv handles reflections? And whether I will regret not having the 5-year warranty?

Guys, What do I do? I feel itchy and FOMO looking at all the discussion. Getting into a new home in March and this will do wonders but dont need it right now.

Will there be something similar in couple of months time? thx!
Sign up for the Best Buy Plus membership ($50 a year), buy the TV, unpack it when you move to the new house, and return it if something is wrong. You get 60 days to return it if you have the membership.

The only thing stopping me is dolby vision. I Samsung would jump on board
Your eyes can't tell the difference. It really is a mute point. I have both and don't even use it in the LG C2

Once you factor in tax I think I'd rather get the LG C3 elsewhere for 2k total.

Why does every manufacturer make oled's with a thick bottom and the thinnest top? Wish they would make a uniform thickness to these tv's
You'll want to get the S95C then. I have the 65" model and the body of the TV is completely uniform because the internals are located within the One Connect Box.

Just got mine and it is gorgeous. Despite reading the reviews was still surprised by how thin it is.

As is typically the case, Video Only will beat this Best Buy price. In Northern CA, was able to get the Samsung S90C 77in + adjustable stand ($99 list) + 4 year extended warranty plan ($100 standard - no burn in coverage) + delivery (not white-glove) for $1900. They have stores in WA, OR, and northern CA. They fudge the prices on each to add up to the total price, so the negotiated price on the TV was $1775. Probably could have gone lower, but I was in a hurry to be done with haggling.

First time hearing about this store. You can negotiate price?

89C has legs instead of a pedestal stand, otherwise identical.
Doesn't the s90c have qdoled while the s89c has older woled tech?

Bought this TV a week ago and it is definitely a beast. It does take a little getting used to in terms of brightness coming from an LED TV, but the picture and viewing angles, as well as the price, are what sold me on this instead of a Neo QLED.
With respect to size and weight of the box and TV, the box with TV is definitely a two-person job to lift, assemble, and move to its desired location. I personally picked this TV up from Best Buy and was able to lay it flat (screen side up) in the back of my pick-up truck.
However, I have an extended truck bed instead of a standard one which allowed for this position. It also did not have to be put on top of the wheels section of my truck bed, which made me more comfortable transporting home.
Lastly, I purchased the 5-year Geek Squad protection plan instead of the Best Buy Total. The cost analysis for my situation just worked better with the GSPP.
I will say this about Best Buy Total. If you are planning on buying this TV online and planning on getting BBT, do make sure to read up on it within the Best Buy website. It states free mounting of TV (you have to purchase the mount of course). However, it has to be done online and with the right options selected to make sure you get the free mounting. I asked at the store if I could add BBT for the free mounting benefit, they said it had to be done at the same time. They did offer me 20% off mounting services if I got BBT in store. I graciously passed.

No, it has QD-OLED. Original listings for European model had OLED which caused confusion. But it has been confirmed many times by many sources that this is QD-OLED.
