$200 is an incredible steal.

I've had this installed on 3 different cars for years now. All work without any issues.

A must have for people living in states where it drops subzero temps.

I've had remote start installed on a couple key start Toyotas (including Camry) and the car stays on when opening the door. Turns off if you push the brake pedal before turning the key to the on position though.
I think the car turns off if you have a keyless starter. My Corolla doesn't turn off and it's key to start

My brother bought the LTE version and he says it's worth the extra money. I believe its a $6 a month subscription fee.
I have this model in a 2010 Honda Accord and it's excellent. I just found my receipt and I paid $249.99 back in 2021.
Yeah, i got the the le module unit and haven't used the fob since. Paid for 3yr subscription. Love to be able to turn it on from my phone, or Siri/Alexa app.

On a 2020 push to start Hyundai Kona, would that replace the fob that I use to start the car or will I have to carry both? Also I believe I get a discount on my insurance for the ability to track my car remotely with blue link (for which I pay a monthly subscription). I wonder if the discount it larger than what I pay. Blue link sucks, is unreliable and slow to respond when I remote start the car

BBY also has the version with the LTE module for $299 installed. Probably worth $100 to some people.

Subscription is $5.99 a month, or 4.99/mo if you buy a year.

I've only heard good things about this starter - my cx5 has a factory remote start that will eventually be behind a subscription. Going to wait that out.

I already have a shitty remote starter from the previous owner but the range is so low that i have to be within 50 ft or even less to start it with line of sight. Would this still be a worthwhile upgrade?

Can I purchase this and have it installed months later or whenever I purchase another vehicle, or is there a certain timeframe in which the installation needs to be done?

I have a Kia Telluride, it came with a remote starter but it's crappy, I've got to be within 50' to start the car also the app doesn't work for me as I bought the car in Ma. I'm interested in the LTE version.
Will this void my warranty?
What other benefits does the LTE version subscription have?

Sure - when it works it's nice. Good luck trying to get it to work when you are in solid buildings. The confirmation lights on the device are not consistent either. So, sometimes you are left wondering did it engage the starter or not. Plenty of times it has not engaged less than 100 yards from the vehicle. Ultimately, at this price worth it. Usually it's costs a bit more.

Don't forget that some cars won't engage the rear defroster via this remote starter unless you have the installer initiate the auxiliary option which they will charge you more for.
